All gift vouchers can be posted within 24 hours to recipient's address by mail. The recipient can receive gift voucher in about 2 - 3 business days Sydney-wide.
Please note: the recipient must present gift voucher in the shop to get treatment. A PayPal payment print or other payment proofs are not acceptable. We cannot issue new voucher if your voucher is lost by yourself or recipient. If your recipient hasn't received gift voucher after 5 days since your order, please ask recipient to double check mailbox or contact us online.
You may purchase any amount for recipient. However, we suggest you to purchase at least $39 so that recipient can directly enjoy one of our professional massage therapies.
If you want someone to get a massage therapy soon (such as within this week) and pay for him/her today online without a gift voucher, please fill in his/her name, your phone number and preferred treatment date & time. We will reserve for him/her. If you choose this option, the gift voucher will not be sent.
Please read terms and conditions:
1. The voucher cannot be reissued or claimed back if lost or stolen.
2. All gift vouchers have three years expiry date. The voucher must be redeemed on or before the expiry date.
3. Original voucher must to be presented when redemption for massage.
4. The voucher can only be used once and is not redeemable for cash or refund.
5. Domestic letter with tracking $3 postage will be added into total amount during payment, and you will be able to review total amount before making payment. If you book a recent accurate time and date for the recipient, and you don’t need to send a voucher, please deduct $3 postage when you input total amount so that final amount will be exact amount.
